• Roasted & Brewed to Order:

  • This cuts down on product waste and ensures you get freshly roasted, delicious tasting products every time you order!

• Waste Reduction

  • We compost all our coffee grounds!

  • Wide use of glass jars as reusable packaging; compostable bags also offered.

  • Proper sorting and recycling of waste (Aluminum, plastic, soft plastic, glass, and paper/cardboard)

  • Compostable cups, lids, and sleeves.

  • Mugs/glasses offered for customers dining in.​​

• Dry-Processed Green Coffee

  • We do our best to work green coffee into our lineup that has been dry-processed rather than the commonly used wet-processed (washed) coffees. This makes a big impact up the production chain by reducing water usage and provides demand to incentivize the coffee producers who choose this method.
