Much like the music that it honors, this coffee can hit those high, sweet notes yet has an underlying deep complexity that’s comforting; it’s just good for the soul. A medium-body with mild acidity, this Brazillian Natural is a solid coffee for the day-to-day drinker no matter how it’s roasted. This coffee was selected primarily because it is naturally-processed which uses a fraction of the water normally required.
