Since 2018, Curioso has been selling fresh-roasted coffee in Aaron's hometown of Minneapolis! Small-batch roasting for private clients allows us get our business systems in place while continuing to gain experience, knowledge, and skills in both roasting and business operations.
Current Coffee:
Jaguar Honey '18
A medium-body with mild acidity, this Costa Rican coffee has a light sweetness like cane sugar with bright notes of apple, almond. We chose this coffee primarily because it is honey-processed which uses a fraction of the water normally required.
