About the event
Dumpster diving beats from Winona, MN. After years spent drumming in Sleeping Jesus Afflatus, and more MN bands; Ty Steinley started finding his own artistic vision in 2020. With the inheritance of recording equipment from his cousin, and an abundance of time with the world wide lockdown, Ty dived deep into the world of sample-heavy, drum-centric beats. The release of 2023’s tape “No Plot, Just Vibes” finds him exploring new sonic territories while still providing that “Oof” sound. This set is in the West Atrium in front of Curioso Coffee Bar in the Seven Points Mall.
