The original founder of Curioso in 2017, Aaron has never stopped building and refining the business. His close connection to coffee began while working at Kalu Yala as a videographer. He eventually went on to organize, develop, and operate a small pop-up café and roastery on-site.

 

When he returned to Minneapolis (his hometown) in 2018, he began to translate the ideas he'd been developing in Panama; a vision for a locally-based coffee provider rooted in sustainability and community.

 

The business you see today is the culmination of years spent refining the vision, idea, and brand. Many hours have been spent gaining knowledge and experience in both coffee and business, and selling beans to supportive family and friends.
